By using studycentres.in or submitting an enquiry, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Our Role

Deepigha Institute of Management & Technology is an authorised Learning and Admission Centre for Alagappa University Directorate of Distance Education (DDE).

We provide:

  • Academic counselling
  • Admission assistance
  • Document verification guidance
  • Information regarding classes and examinations

We are not Alagappa University. Admission is confirmed only after verification and approval by the University.

2. Admissions & Fees

All admissions are subject to the eligibility criteria, rules, regulations, and approval of Alagappa University.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds, if applicable, shall be processed as per UGC and Alagappa University guidelines.

Fees paid to the University are generally non-refundable, particularly in cases involving:

  • Submission of false documents
  • Incorrect or misleading information
  • Ineligibility for the programme

Our counselling and admission guidance services are provided free of charge.

4. User Responsibilities

Applicants must provide accurate, complete, and genuine information during the admission process.

Any false or misleading information may result in cancellation of admission as per University regulations.

5. Limitation of Liability

Deepigha Institute shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of this website. Final decisions regarding admission, eligibility, examinations, and certification are made solely by Alagappa University.
